Technical details |
Mechanism: High resistance steel tube epoxy baked painting. Orthopedic bed
with electro welded steel mesh.
Legs chromium plated. Opening and closing
operations with one single movement without removing the back cushions.
Extractable bed underneath as option with headboard.
Mattress standard:
Interior springing in hardened steel 2,2 mm; needle-punched felt 1.300 gr./m²
on both sides; padding in expanded undeform able polyurethane foam 25 Kg/m3;
sides in polyurethane foam 30 Kg/m3;
top cover: 100% CO fabric quilted with
100% PL resinated anti-allergic fiber; bottom cover: 2,5 mm. foam combined
with interliner; sides with aerators: 100% CO fabric quilted with polyurethane
foam.
Frame: Front panel: solid fir. Headboard: solid fir, poplar plywood,
nonbearing parts in particle wood.
Large armrest: poplar plywood and
nonbearing parts in particle wood.
Intermediate armrest: non bearing in particle
wood.
Side panel: particle wood.
Padding: back cushions: polyurethane
foam 25 Kg/m3 S, needle-punched thermo fixed polyester fiber 500 g/m2, 100%
cotton fabric.
Structure: Expanded polyurethane foam 30 Kg/m3, 2,5 mm. foam
combined with interliner.
Seat cover: quilted with 100% resinated polyester
fiber gr. 200/m2; bottom in polyester/cotton canvas. Dry clean only.
