Shorter is one of our most comfortable sofas we ever made, seat and backrest are made of high resilient polyurethane foam with a added top layer of feathers, the sofa converts into and every day bed by simply rotating the back, without removing any of the seat or back cushions.
Mechanism

Converts the sofa into an every day single bed without effort, pull the back rest forward to roll out the bed, the mechanism allows for a standard bed mattress.
THIS SOFA IS DELIVERED DISMANTLED FOR EASY ACCESS.
 
Upholstery

We have several different categories of both fabrics and leathers, most of our sofas have lose covers, some fabrics can be pre washed on request, this allows you to wash them in your machine, we can also produce any of our models in your own fabric.

Technical details 
Mechanism: High resistance steel tube epoxy baked painted. Orthopedic bed with quality continental weld-mesh, fixed to the frame with springs.
Soft seating made with webbing. Opening and closing operations with one single movement.
Mattress (optional): Interior springing made with 2,2 mm. diam. hardened steel, antioxidant treatment. Insulating: odorless and mothproof needle-punched felt.
Padding: Expanded undeform able polyurethane foam T 25 Kg./m3 without Freon and 100% polyester layer.
Winter side: needle-punched wool layer. Summer side: needle-punched cotton layer.
Fabric: quilted jacquard.
Frame: Armrests: solid fir, poplar plywood and particle wood. Panels: multi-layer of poplar wood.
Padding: Seat: Expanded polyurethane foam 35 Kg/m3; needle-punched thermo-fixed fiber 300 g/m2 covered with resinated polyester fiber 150 g/m2 combined with 2,5 mm. foam combined with interliner.
Back: Expanded polyurethane foam 25 Kg/m3 covered with resinated polyester fiber 150 g/m2 combined with 2,5 mm. foam combined with interliner + cotton fabric. Headboard: 10 mm. foam combined with interliner. Front
panel: 2,5 mm. foam combined with interliner. Armrests: Expanded polyurethane foam 40 Kg/m3 covered with resinated polyester fiber 100 g/m2 combined with 2,5 mm. foam combined with interliner.
Legs: solid wood, natural, wenge or cherry finish or (on request) chromed metal
