Delivery & Shipping

United Kingdom All prices include kerbside delivery to mainland UK addresses. Estimated lead time is 8 weeks (Italian factory holidays in August may extend this). Additional services — room-of-choice delivery, a second delivery person, or installation — are available on request. Free storage for up to 7 days after arrival; thereafter £20/m³/week applies.

European Union & International We ship across the EU and internationally. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. Lead times are similar to UK orders; we'll confirm your delivery window once your order is placed. Customs duties or import taxes outside the UK are the buyer's responsibility.

EU Consumer Rights EU customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery for non-custom items. Custom-made furniture (upholstered pieces, wall beds, sofas, fitted wardrobes) is exempt from this right.
